Staking down a Marmot tent?

This is going to probably seem like a very dumb question but after setting up my new Marmot tent, I noticed unlike my old Eureka tent , there is no where to put in the stakes. My old one used pins that went inside the hollow tubes but this one is the type that goes into the steel grommet . I do have some loops on the fly and on the body of the tent, am i supposed to use those? It seems weird because they gave me 8 metal stakes and about 10 feet of line to use . Also, I know each corner of the vestible gets staked down but all that is on the end is about 6 inches of nylon strap . How am I supposed to tie that down?

usually there is a loop of webbing material near where you poles attach to bottom of fly and you just stake it down through the loops
you may also have some loops higher up on the fly for attaching guy line and really staking it down for rough weather
or you may have second grommet
