grill pan and flat cooktop elec. stove?
i am wanting to grill without hassles and wanted to break out my grill pan(the long flat one just like rachael ray’s-grill on top and griddle on the other). i am not sure though about it because on websites i’ve searched, they said you can burn the top of the stove or crack the glass, i am confused and would like to know if i can still use the grill pan on this kind of stove without marring the top

she’s right, the pan will ruin the surface. those are the worst stoves ever! the best suggestion i can think of is to get one of those george foreman grills. i used to laugh about them, but then i bought one and now i use it for *everything*. they’re cheap, as well.
