How is a steel bottle opener formed?

How is this made – does the steel get melted into a mould? What is this process called?
IM not talkin about a flat shape, I wana know how you form the rounded handle? Or any 3d NON FLAT shape made from metal , is is melted into a mould?

The flat outline is punched out of a cold sheet of metal.
Any curves or bends are formed by a press… again while cold.

The final product may or may not get heat treated for added strength.
Not likely for a bottle opener.
