Kiss my cramps goodbye? Or say hello to not sleeping for a week?

I can not swallow pills, even in yogurt or crushed and stuff, and chewable stuff doesn’t seem strong enough for my severe cramps. I usually can’t sleep during my period due to waking up dry heaving at least twice a night. Plus, I can’t sleep with pads cause they are so uncomfortable, so I end up setting my alarm for like every 3 hours. I really need some advice cause I am feeling pretty sleep deprived.

Try the Goody’s powders. At the very least, you could dissolve that in a glass of water and make it much easier. And as weird as it is, there is a company called “thermacare” that makes single use heatpacks for menstruation, they fit right into your underwear and stay warm for eight hours, and I always found heat to help relieve my period-pains.
Also, try doing yoga or stretches while you’re awake and your period starts. The movement helps alleviate some of the pressure and can even lower the intensity of the cramps.
