LED headlight/tailight conversion for a 1990 240sx hb?

The lights are dim and i wanted to get the tail lights tinted so id have to get LED, but i asked around the parts stores and they said they dont carry them…i looked everywhere store wise and cannot find anything to mod my 240….is there a store that has these around Orange County, CA?

it’s HID at the front no led light is bright enough for headlights, you can buy led conversions on the internet and HId conversions but they don’t always work well and many HID conversions are illegal in some states
