Shoulder ice pack?

Hello,
When I work out my shoulders I like to put a ice pack on them. However the pack always falls off/slips off. I have tried medical wrap stuff you use on your ankle. it still falls off.
Does anyone know of a ice pack with a built in harness, type thing?

Here you go bud- wont fall off…but why do you exercise with ice? Your restricting blood flow which could exaserbate the problem..
