How to get off ipod touch hard case?

I own a gen 2 iPod Touch and I recently bought a armband for it. Bu
t I have a hard case thats called Philips hard-shell case with stand. I got the hard case a year ago and now I can’t get it off to put the armband on it! How can I get it off?

How did you get it on? It’s probably just the reverse of how you got it on.
