Can a black and green solid tattoo be covered up?

I have a wolf tattoo that I am really tired of and want to cover it up but I am not sure if it is possible. It’s about 3 inches tall and maybe a lil’ less than 2 inches wide and is solid green and black. Mostly black. Any advice will help, thankyou.
I do not want to use makeup because I love having a tot but I just don’t like the one I have and want a new one to cover it.

A good tattoo artist can incorporate just about any existing tattoo into a new design. You may be limited on designs though. Be sure you go to a reputable artist…not only because of health issues but you want one that will do a good job with the coverup and not make a blotchy mess. =P
