cooking chicken- quick question?
If I’m using a fryin pan to cookichicken, do I still need to add oil if im already using mashed peaches? and if so, what type of oil?
A few drop (~1 tsp) of canola oil won’t add any flavor to chicken cooked in peaches, but will help prevent sticking, etc. Be careful with those peaches. They will quickly cook down into a sugar-laden syrup that can burn skin pretty easily. This idea, though, of cooking chicken in fruit, sounds yummy! I think that I may look for such a recipe! Thanks!
