DAYTON — Black ice this morning brought numerous reports of traffic accidents and area school delays or closings, especially in the northern part of the area.“Patchy areas of freezing drizzle aid to the formation of black ice for the morning drive,” said Rich Wirdzek, WHIO-TV meteorologist via his weather blog.
